The title of this blog has probably caused you some worry about the nature of the text, unless you’re a makeup maniac like myself, in which case you’ll be just as exited to read this as i was to write it!
Here it is! The new Urban Decay ‘Perversion’ mascara.
Firstly, i must point out that although i love Urban Decay, i have never actually been too fussed about their mascaras. I was looking forward to testing this product due to the fact that i love the perversion eyeliner. I must say that this mascara has exceeded my expectations by MILES.
At £17 this eyeliner is what i would call a bargain. Compared to competing high end mascaras such as ‘Better than Sex’ from Too Faced and ‘They’re Real’ (one of my personal favourites) by Benefit, this mascara is cheaper and equally as effective, if not more.
First Thoughts
• The mascara brush looks very cheap and standard
• The tube isn’t very visually exciting
• Not much going for it, very drug store looking

• I LOVE IT
• Why is no other mascara so purely black?!
• How did this wand work such miracles?
So, overall i do love this mascara. I’ve not been using it every day for a week or so and i have found that it really doesn’t clump no matter how many coats you use. In addition, you don’t actually need more than one coat if you don’t want to keep applying it because one coat gives a nicely volumized look with added length as well. I am a huge fan of this mascara and i give it 5 out of 5 ★★★★★
